Delivery & Returns

DELIVERIES

Your order will be delivered via your local postal service. Your orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, then will take 6-15 days to be delivered worldwide. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, sometimes delivery may be delayed for a few days due to postal restrictions. Please be understanding, and we will make sure everyone receives their products!

WHERE DO YOU DISPATCH ORDERS FROM?

We hold inventory of our products in the UK, Germany, and Asia. Occasionally, if a location's inventory is out of stock, we will dispatch your order from another country's warehouse to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible!

All customs fees and clearance will be paid for prior to dispatch by The CoolClip, so don't worry, you do not have to pay any fees! Our delivery worldwide from any country is only around 7 days, but in rare cases, it could take up to 15 days.

RETURNS

We offer free returns for 30 days from the date of delivery/receiving of order. However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and/or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
  • Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes an attached swing tag, bow, shoe boxes, and jewelry packaging.
  • You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.

STORE CREDIT

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Store Credit equal to the paid price of the pieces returned. You will receive your store credit in the form of a gift card via email. The gift card has no expiration date and can be passed on to someone else. Please note: As a small brand, we are unable to offer any cash refunds. We are also unable to make any exceptions due to the item being out of stock or for any other reason.
